The location of this place is great with easy access to outdoor restaurant seating, the main shopping area, the beach, and attractions like the bird park.

I loved the room with balcony, the bed was extremely comfy. It was in a good location very close to Lembongan and the beach at Sanur.

Good kids club facilities, good swimming pool and water slide for the children, staff very friendly and helpful.

The plaza suites is a bit tired, kitchen and bathrooms really need refurbishment, and some of the facilities need updating such as basketball hoops, water volleyball net etc. Also they said they "fog" to get rid of mossies, but pretty sure they didn't do that when we were there- lots of mossie bites suffered by the whole family in this hotel.

The suite had large beds and pillows, a balcony, a lounge area, and coffee, which were all enjoyable amenities during my stay.

we had a very good experience at the Plaza Suites, the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The rooms were as presented online as well as the grounds. We were very pleased with our stay

Thanks for the enjoyable stay for family vacation. It has a huge bar and really helpful staff. The suite overlooks garden and includes a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge. This low-budget hotel has an absolutely perfect location to shops & beach. The restaurant serves delicious Japanese food.

Great service all around. the pool was lovely and perfect for chilling by. Awesome spot close to a store, making it super convenient for exploring. 🌴

This was an excellent place to stay with kids. We had plenty of room for my family, I was able to cook our breakfast when convenient due to the kitchen, and my kids loved the kiddie pool and play area. The restaurant prices were reasonable also.

The non-stick pan in the kitchen badly needed replacing. The coating was coming off to the point that I didn't dare use it.

The price is very good and the staff are very nice and helpful.

Well-kept units with a good amount of space. They offer views of the garden and come with lovely furniture. 🌿

The staff where friendly.

Unfortunately this hotel is dated and whilst cleaned daily it can not take away from the general feeling of tiredness. The location on the busy road makes it nearly impossible to feel as though you are in Bali.

nothing to like .The staff renegged on their cancellation policy. We asked to cancel they charged first night(as policy)we stayed the one night then the next day they wouldn't let us leave without paying for another night. We cancelled because the hotel was so poor.

Lots, smelling gym, dirty rooms, stains, smells in rooms, checking 4 hours late

Appreciated to be here, the hotel was clean and FANTASTIC, the location was unbeatable to the beach or shopping mall. The breakfast was above average and delicious with various options, and reasonably priced. Location: the property was not far from the main' shopping strip' of Sanur.

Well, the area was abandoned overall.
